Septic Service in Santa Rosa Valley
Santa Rosa Valley is next door to our yard in Somis, and its big lots on septic are a large part of what our trucks do every week.
Big lots, long driveways, older systems
Homes along Santa Rosa Road and the lanes off it sit on acreage: horse properties, small groves and ranch-style lots with the tank and the drainage field well away from the house. Many of those systems were put in decades ago and have been pumped by us for years.
We bring enough hose to reach a tank at the back of a long lot, and risers make the next visit faster if the lids are still buried. Tell the office how far the tank is from the driveway when you call.

When a valley system needs more than a pump-out
An older tank that has started to deteriorate, or a field that is slow after wet winters, gets a camera inspection before anyone recommends a repair. If a new system is the answer, the layout comes from a registered geological engineer and we build to that plan, with mats and plates down so the yard and the fencing come through intact.
